4. Temperature-Controlled Shipping

All temperature-sensitive products are shipped in insulated, cold-packed packaging.
Delivery issues? If your package is delayed or left unattended for too long, contact us immediately.
5. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Shipping Restrictions & Compliance
Signature Required: High-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.
No P.O. Boxes: We only ship to verified physical addresses (no P.O. boxes).
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost in Transit? Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged Product? Take photos of the packaging & product and email us within 48 hours.
We will reship or refund at our discretion.
